TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read this section thoroughly before purchasing and if you have any

All turtles and tortoises sold are CB (captive bred) or LTC (long
term captive) and are 100% healthy.

All turtles and tortoises sold are considered "flawless" unless
otherwise noted. *Keep in mind that I do not always discount the
price of a particular animal just because it may have split or extra
scutes. Remember these are living breathing animals, not shiny
toys or collectors items. If an animal is deformed in any way or
extra/split scutes are quite bad, I will offer a discount based on my
opinion. I am not selling cars, I am selling live animals here.

All turtles and tortoises are to be sold in perfect health meaning
they are not sick or injured in any way, shape or form when they
leave my facility.

If you are unhappy in any possible way with the animal(s) you
receive or the transaction to any extent, you must notify me of this
within 24 HOURS. If you fail to do this, there will be no refunds,
exchanges or other dealings from there on out. *Also please keep
in mind that if you do not notify me personally of something wrong
but rather expose it to the community in any way, shape or form,
for example: posting on forums, regardless of the 24 hour time
period I allow, the deal is done. No refunds or exchanges will be
made.

Turtles and tortoises are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy.
Again you must notify me within 24 hours if a problem has
presented itself.

If an animal is sick and/or dead within 24 hours, you must contact
me immediately and provide proof of sickness or death via
photos/video, or by sending the animal back.

If the unexpected does occur within the 24 hour allowance and
proof is provided, a replacement will be sent or if that is not
possible, a refund will be issued.

If you choose to send an animal back for whatever reason that
may be, I will not pay the return shipping. Return shipping will be
the responsibility of the buyer. I will however cover shipping
charges if I am to send a replacement.

Turtles and tortoises are shipped through
SHIPYOURREPTILES.com via FEDERAL EXPRESS. All animals
are shipped overnight and will arrive at your door by 10:30am. I do
not use UPS, DHL or DELTA.

Turtles and Tortoises will be properly packed and shipped safely.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OR MISHAPS
CAUSED BY FED EX.

Prices of the animals for sale DO NOT include shipping charges
unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges are to be paid in full by
the buyer before the animal is sent out.

I accept payment in the form of POSTAL MONEY ORDERS or
PAY PAL. Pay Pal users must include the .04% that is charged for
transactions.

All prices of animals offered for sale include the .07% New Jersey
Sales Tax.

*KNOW YOUR STATE LAWS!! I cannot stress this enough.
Because I work with several USA native species, it is a common
problem for those who are not aware of their state's wildlife laws
to attempt to break the law. Certain species cannot and will not be
sold to states where they are protected without proof of a permit. If
a permit is available, it MUST be in the buyer's name. Please
educate yourself and do not ask me to break the law. While many
of these wildlife laws and regulations are in fact unfair and poorly
stated, I still will not under ANY circumstances violate them.

ABSOLUTELY NO TURTLES OR TORTOISES CAN BE SOLD
WITHIN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY! This is a state law that
has been in effect for decades and I will not violate it. While
keeping, breeding and even selling many turtles/tortoises in NJ is
perfectly legal, you still may not buy or sell to other residents of
the garden state! All sales must be made to those who reside out
of state. If you have something I want and I have something you
want and you live in NJ, we can work out a trade, but no  money
can be exchanged. It's the law!

FINALLY-PLEASE DON'T POINT FINGERS! Many assume that
turtles and tortoises are illegal to buy/sell/trade/own/keep in the
state of New Jersey. This is a 100% FALSE STATEMENT! I have
created a page on this site to clear that up for many of you so
